The panic button is hard to miss - it's the large red button located in the top-right corner of the screen, underneath the login/register buttons.

Clicking it will make stealth-arcade disappear and a new Google.com page appear on the screen. Google is fully functional, allowing you to 'do research' as your supervisor passes by. It makes you look like you're working by completely hiding the game that you're playing. In order to return to the original gaming page you must click the area on the top-left corner of the page that says 'Web'.
